Fraudulent Activity Alert

We have received reports of fraudulent calls and texts that appear to be coming from Commencement Bank. These attempts are a way for the hackers to gather information and/or gain access to your accounts. If you receive any form of communication from someone claiming to be Commencement Bank, please do the following: 

  • DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY INFORMATION OR CLICK ON ANY LINKS/ATTACHMENTS.  
  • Hang up the phone if you do not know the person calling and call us back at one of our published phone numbers.
  • Our Debit Card fraud department may reach out to you via text; however, if you are not sure about the validity of a text please contact us directly.
  • Report any suspicious activity to the bank immediately.
